Hurrah! Here they are... the essay winners 2024!
In this 9th annual essay competition on Kids World Travel Guide, we received 242 entries from 27 countries! Many students showed amazing talent and reading through your stories was such a pleasure!
Congratulations to our fabulous prize-winners! And a huge Thank You to ALL who participated this year and made this competition such a huge success!
We are grateful that our competition inspired the creativity of so many young students who covered a wide range of topics under the 2024 theme: My Culture - Who I am.
From inspiring stories on personal achievements or favourite heroes to essays about countries, religion and popular food. There were many highly creative stories, some of them more critical and political, others more factual and some very imaginative.
As always it is such a motivation to see young talent grow over time! This year we had many students who not only entered for the first time with their high quality content but have been with us for several competitions!
This year we will add again several outstanding essays per category as "commended essays". You can be so very proud of your achievements too!
- Please bear with us, as all the essays and commended entries will be added to the site and linked from this page over the next few days.
